Smith Fork Ranch: host to one of my favorite weekends on record. Horseback riding, archery, fly fishing. It was a full and eventful two days that each ended with the best food and wine on the Western Slope.
The luxury guest ranch is located right outside of Paonia, Colorado in what could only be called the wilderness. No cell phone coverage. No paved roads. No shopping centers. What I and others would call perfect. I definitely recommend a visit; I myself certainly hope to go back soon.
